Happy 23rd Birthday 道重さゆみ

Morning Musume’s beautiful, cute and funny leader Michishige Sayumi is 23 on 13th July. It’s Friday the 13th which is supposed to be unlucky for some but I doubt it will be for Sayu. After all her first single as leader just sold over 100,000 in it’s first week. That’s more than any single featuring the sixth gen has ever sold. And with all those cute young lolis in the group now Sayu must be feeling very lucky indeed.😛

Anyway I thought I’d make a quick post with some pics of the beautiful one in celebration of her birthday, her being the leader and the success of her first single as leader. Hello!Project is on the up again at the moment. The sales of C-ute’s last single, the Berryz/C-ute Cho Happy Song mix and now Momusu’s single are all about three times what their previous sales have been. Good times. ^^

Ah Sayu. ♥ ♥ DOKI DOKI indeed. ^^

Idols give so much entertainment and enjoyment but in a way for me Sayu and Ai-chan have given the most of all. I have always liked Sayu but Ai-chan has always been my favourite. When I went to Paris for Japan Expo 2010 I met a Sayu fan who became my girlfriend. Ah Ai-chan and Sayu love. Such a wonderful, beautiful chance meeting that led to so much happiness. Happiness that just grows more and more each day. Who’d have thought Ai-chan and Sayu could lead to so much love?

Ah…well…okay maybe it’s not that unlikely. xD

I guess there are some people out there who don’t like Her Royal Bunnyness. Some might say she sucks or she blows. Well personally I couldn’t disagree more. Although…

No but seriously Sayu is cute, wickedly funny, really good with the younger members, endlessly entertaining and basically an idol through and through. She is perfection. Her singing might not be that good but everything else she brings more than makes up for that. Happy birthday to Momusu’s great leader. I hope she has many more birthdays as leader! Don’t graduate anytime soon okay?
